SPM = super period menstruation

which is pretty much what i'm going through.
so, super period can be translated into hyper period, which means i'm having my period faster than i should. and menstruation is..you know what it is.

so anyway, everyone's doing SPM right about now.
one thing to say.

doesn't matter what race, what religion, what you look like, even the colour of your skin. Goodluck to you.
