i didn't time how long it took me to get to tuition, but i timed myself coming back.
7 minutes from tutor's house to mine. so that's a 5 minute decrease in travel time.
so if we work out:
5 / 12 = 0.41666 x 100 = 41.66%
Therefore, using a scooter decreases my travel time from tutors house to home by 41.66% from 12 minutes to 7 minutes.
anyway, got home. rested a bit. ate some lunchy.
then got dressed to go out to MC for a karaoke fun night.
i was initially meant to ring james to tell him that i'm outside his house, except after i left my house i realised i didn't even have his phone number. so i walked up to his door and rang the doorbell. and to cut a long story short, we left for the bus stop.
then you know a really joyoused thing happened. IT FRIGGEN STARTED RAINING, and there's no shelter @ that bus stop.
i kinda crouched and hid under a bush while james was half in half out of the bush.
anyway, saw jess on the bus, but didn't talk to her because:
a) i hadn't met her yet
b) it'd be awkward
josh came on, went to bh. played daytona @ timeout. came last because james and josh insisted on using the Turbo function..whereas i did not. the game wasn't even meant to have turbo..they hacked the game and put in the bs turbo.. >_>
so then met up with the rest of the year 12s, then trained down. well mike hoang missed the train, so jonchan and jamesleow stayed behind to wait for him.
ended up meeting the rest of the mob under the clock @ mc.
karaoke @ strike bowling bar. sammy chan and i actually ditched the rest of the group to look @ some shoes. then we couldn't find the rest of the group @ strike bowling bar. which was kinda embarassing. but then we pulled back this bitch-of-a-door which weighed about 100kgs and there was this big pack of animals singing songs.
joined in. at first was a bit hesitant. but got into it.
met a few new peoples throughout the night.
went to nandos to pig out. by that time all the singing gave me stomach cramps. ended up eating 1 and a half pieces of chicken; and a crapload of chips too.
then, sort of bummed around after that. a small group of us split from the main group because we were all taking the train back to boxhill, so we just walked around the city trying to get into those photoworld tb picture booths...eww.
then sammy chan and i spotted a police SUV parked on the side of the road. except it wasn't parked on the side of the road.
they think they own the place...
note: THE THING INSIDE THE RED CIRCLE.
and you'd think they're actually moving onto the walk way, but they're not. just sitting there so that people can't see around the corner.this is the considerate police of victoria; and that's the way the cookie crumbles.
okay i'm getting tired.
g'night.
